Texts failing to send today

Anyone else having texting issues today? In Manhattan, my texts are failing to send and I have to re-send 2-3 times.

Any ideas if this is Hardware, software or network related?

This is on a Rooted Fascinate running stock Eclair

Try reloading the modem via Odin. I'm using dj09 modem.

Are you using the stock sms program? I would suggest switching to handcent sms. It is awesome.

I never had any trouble with the stock messaging when my modem was in good working order. Make that your first step for sure.

Yes I believe I will be flashing Superclean as soon as I have a few hours to put aside (a few mins to flash and a few hours in case I brick on my first attempt.)

It's really easy now, just follow the step by step instructions, read everything twice and you'll be fine

All of this stuff does take a little bit of getting used to but now I am flash, voodoo, CWM crazy. I had text problems after going back to stock DI01 then flashing to SuperClean 2.9.2.

My baseband version after flashing SuperClean 2.9.2 was DI01. I flashed the DJ09 modem right after and texts worked again.

Ya the DI01 package includes radio, rom, modem, and a slew of other little backwater partitions I don't know the name of. DXC doesn't include a radio in his CWM packages, and they're not talked about much. I keep the radios for DL09 and EB01 on hand just in case.
