Pattern unlock bug/glitch with 2.2?

**note** --- I had the same lock pattern on my fascinate with 2.1 and never once had this issue.

At times, when doing my pattern, the screen loses track of my touch when going from the center dot, to the lower left dot (it shoots the grey line randomly straight left). It doesn't lose track every time I try to unlock, but when it does, it loses track in the same spot every time (I have tried slow, fast, aiming lower, etc)

Once it does this, I either have to fail it until it does the 30 second wait, or hit the power to sleep the screen, then hit power again to bring it back up fresh. Not a huge deal, but a hassle never the less.

Any thoughts or has this happened to anyone else?

I have noticed this problem but it only occurs when unlocking the phone one-handed with my left thumb... If I use my right index finger I never have the problem.

I have had a different problem, that with the puzzle lock the pattern lock screen will come up and will unlock with any pattern.

I've had the same thing happen on mine. The only time it happens is when the phone is turned on from an alarm or meeting reminder. When it starts, if I turn the phone off and back on, the problem is gone.
