Hey guys.
I'm on my second Nexus. I powered the first one down to get on a plane and it would not restart after that. The battery was full and phone was never dropped. The Verizon store couldn't figure it out so they replaced it on the spot.
My second Nexus recently had an issue where I couldn't hear anyone and they couldn't hear me, however the phone was working in all other aspects. I called tech support and they had no idea how to fix it, so they ordered a new one for me. About 1 hour after my call to Verizon i heard a loud pop and the phone is working perfectly again.
Anyone have any clues as to what caused this?
(I guess I'll just accept the exchange when it shows up in the mail in fear that this might happen again.)
