Flashing ROM and Googles 2-step verification

I put AOKP b36 on last week. I have the 2-step verification enabled. It's a bit of a pain to set it up and get their authentication app working after flashing. I assume using titanium backup with app data save will not help me much when I go to future builds?

Yes, that is the way to go. You will still have to generate an application specific password to log into your gmail account the first time though. I would just name each one the ROM name plus the phone model when i did that. Hope this helps.
