Can I go back to stock recovery after JB Install?

Yesterday I was successful at installing the JRO03O update to my Verizon Galaxy Nexus.

I have been playing with it for a while and I like it but I noticed that I am missing Google Wallet. I tried installing it from the Play Store and it says it's not compatible with my version of Android.

I just read someplace that you will get that message if you are rooted. I have my bootloader locked but I still have the Clockworkmod Touch Recover installed.

My question is, can I use the Galaxy Nexus Toolkit to remove the CWM Touch Recovery and go back to the stock recovery without affecting my Jelly Bean install?

Thanks in advance,
Mark

Were you able to download the app from the play store? If you cannot then being rooted or not is irrelevant. Technically its not allowed on Verizon nexus. Did you try the market trick that has been listed previously?

If you were able to download and you just see the banner at the top of the app saying its incompatible then it will still work. Its just a disclaimer because you are rooted
