FWIW I follow that site too. A day or so after that they ran another story that contradicted this story. I still think its coming out in early November.

But that could just be me.

Holy misleadingly phrased headline, Batman. How about throwing in a "rumor" or "source" to let us all know that it's not some sort of announcement.

I don't buy this for a second. A "source" reporting to a forum? Right.

Edit: Also, release Q1 and miss holiday season + allow for more people to flock to the i*hone 4S? I don't think so.

This post is from the Oct. the 5th. Since then we have had massive amounts of leaks and articles contradicting the one you have posted. Most seem to be leaning the other way, this phone will appear on VZW first and then go out to other carriers in Q1. I highly doubt that droidforums was able to obtain a source that had information that not a single other fansite has. If Kellex posts this then I might change my mind but until then I will assume that we are still looking at an early Nov release.

Let us not forget that the Charge was just reduced in price most likely because a new phone is going to be taking its place and I highly doubt that that phone is the Vigor.
