So yesterday I used verizon's website email system to tell them my experience about calling my local store 2 different days last week and them saying both times to come in Friday the 9th to pick up my Galaxy Nexus. When I arrived Friday the 9th they didn't sell it to me but said I could look at a demo unit. That is pretty much all I said in the email to them, no bashing or anything, just my experience of calling to confirm twice that week only to be turned down when I made the trip to purchase it.
So Verizon called me today to apologize saying the Galaxy Nexus will be out very soon and for my trouble they credited $25 to my account.
