Of mine?

No theme, running aokp m5 with nova launcher, beautiful Widgets and used simple text (app) to make the icons on the bottom. Any other customization is thanks to aokp.

Fonts I can't remember for simplistic text, but the clock is standard ics in beautiful widgets. I'll have to check which it is.

Edit: suku ics in ics blue is the clock

ya, i usually Photoshop the 5 icons in my dock to match my wallpaper.
I love the Long press of AOKP softkeys and the swipe gestures of of APEX. it allows for a very clean phone and less Photoshop time.

P.S.
if you are looking for something special , I can try to make them for ya.
