So using my phone since launch without any problems. Tonight for some reason the screen doesn't react to any touch. Verizon and I reformatted, factory wiped and nothing. Everything in the background works but I can't unlock the phone or anything. Kicker is I am away so I have to find a store that will give me a new one without a battery. I only have the extended battery with me so I have to find a store with one in stock and then I have to see if they will give me a new one without the battery.
Tier 2 supervisor noted my acct but said its up to the store to decide if the want to do the exchange without me bringing in the old battery.
The other alternative is they would ship me a new one but would have to charge me the full 300 on my next bill and then credit me back when i return the bad one. Sorry, I don't need a 900.00 bill one month.
I cannot wait until this year is over. Argh!!!!
