Mobile Data Limit Frozen, Can't Bring Down!

I was fooling around with the mobile data limit feature under Data Usage seeing how high it would let me set it when the phone started to really lag. Now I've got a pretty much useless Data Usage screen and whenever I try to move it down it just keeps climbing. (For reference, it is set to 390,000 GB)

Should I bite the bullet and just flash the newest nightly on it, or is there a file that I can alter that'll change that amount?

I just set mine to 297,000 GB and it got extremely laggy. I just hit the home button, then went back to data usage and give it a few minutes to load. Youll see the two vertical white lines show up eventually. Then un check set mobile data limit. Give it another minute, it will run very slow. After that check it again and should be back to normal. Mines back to 4.5 warning and 5 limit.
Edit: on another thought, why would anyone even code it go that high. I'd like to see even a company like Samsung or Google go through over 300k GBs in a month.
