Strange data transfer issue when copying to PC

I am having an issue when copying from my phone to PC. I will copy a file ranging from 20mb to a gig and it will start out fine but will then speed up and finish, but the whole file is not copied. Only part of the file is transferred. On the phone the file is 700mb but on my PC it is only 100mb and corrupted. I thought it was the cable but none of mine work right.

Has anyone else seen this?

I figured it out. It was debugging mode causing problems with the data transferring from phone to computer.
