Are these issues fixed in Jelly Bean?

There are two ICS bugs on 4.0.4 that have bothered me on my Galaxy Nexus:

1) Galaxy Nexus Screen unlock lag

2) Bluetooth Audio has issues disconnecting/reconnecting to multiple devices

Can anyone confirm or deny whether these are fixed with Jelly Bean?

1. Don't really use pattern unlock, but I have, and never experienced any noticeable lag. Just tried it on JB and it works as quick and smoothly as anything.

2. Can't say, don't use it to stream audio, sorry.

I can absolutely agree with you on number 2. I use Bluetooth audio in my focus all the time and since the update it hasn't been very consistent.

Yes Unlock lag is gone which only happened to me after the 4.0.4 update and as for blue tooth issue. I never had one to begin with so I don't know.

4.04 bt will not stay connected to my 08 ford edge. Always have to manually connect it. I did notice I can now pause music using steering wheel controls. One problem at a time I guess.

Another problem that I wonder if it's fixed are random reboots. Mine just rebooted.
