A few questions before buying

I have a few questions about the nexus. I bought one when it first came out but had to return it because every time I made a call after a few minutes no one could hear me and I could only use a Bluetooth headset. I have been told the problem is fixed and other issues have been. Is there anything I need to know after the jelly bean update? I was thinking about buying one on eBay but wanted to make sure before because there is no warranty if I get one offline. Thanks.

I say go for it. I have not had a single problem with my buetooth.
