Problem starting again. shows charge when not pluged in.

This is the second time this has happened, and I got a new phone after the first time, now it is doing it again, has anyone else had this problem. I plug in the phone and the charge lightening bolt shows charge, BUT when I remove the charge cord the lightening bolt remains on until I remove the battery and reinstall then it repeats this. any thoughts. I have Verizon and the phone does charge up. tried another battery and the same thing happens. any suggestions. ED

Same thing WAS happening to me and when it would happen I did a battery pull and kept it out for a minute and then all was good, It hasn't happened to me again in a while I have a feeling it has something to do with the port itself, are you noticing your battery draining much faster when this problem occurs or is it still the same?

Only fix is sending it back for replacement

not sure, but I believe it is discharging faster

My device did this for a bit and then resolved on its own AFAIK...
