Hi, i'm using twrp. I wanted to reset my phone but i accidentally format the data of my phone. I had backup my data in my phone but it is gone after i format the data in my phone. AND now i can't even on my phone after i fomat. Anyone can help me how could i fix this problem ?

At this point you're gonna have to put a ROM on your phone and flash that. Just mount your USB storage via TWRP and put a ROM on there.

how to mount my phone ? just plug in the usb to my phone and what should i do next ?

Plug your phone into your computer via USB. When in TWRP, there should be an option for mounting I believe.
