was running a stock rooted setup. so the we have the stock recovery on it and i guess it was not unlocked but we had root. We were trying to go back to unrooted 100% stock and followed the steps in the "return to stock 100% "thread and it failed So now the phone when ever we turn it on by holding the vol down and power we get the message"Firmware encountered and issue. Please select recovery mode in Kies & Try again"
Now what? is the thread out of date? how do i get my phone back in download mode?
