Does anybody know if Verizon is going to sell a 32GB or 64GB version of the Note II? I know it has a micro SD slot, but I'd like more memory on the device itself.

It would appear that the US is limited to the 16gb version at this time. Sprint also only has the 16gb and i'm almost certain tmobile and at&t are the same!

From looking at the VZW website, it looks like they are limiting their phones (with the exception of the iPhone) to 16 gigs. I noticed they are only carrying the 16 gig Nexus now too.

They are still selling the GS3 32GB version, my guess is they will roll out a GN2 32GB next year or not at all. They may consider this a nitch product. Given that Android apps are far smaller than iOS apps and when Devs update their apps for Jellybean any "extra" files that d/l after an app is installed would go to the storage card. What kills me is given how cheap flash is why bother making a 16GB version at all, go 32GB & 64GB and call it a day. Be different, call Apple out for gouging customers dumb enough to buy a 16GB iPhone that will run out of storage way to quickly.

All these tech companies are encouraging cloud use and it is to all the cell companies benefit to do so as well. The more you access the cloud the more data you use.
I hope VZW decides to release a 32gb version of the GN2 in the spring to get another bump in sales. The Verizon Minimum Advertised Price of the GN2 is $299 through 4-24-13.
At that point I hope that they drop the price of the 16gb to $199 and introduce the 32 gb at $299.
I doubt that we see a 64gb version on VZW.

While I want a 32GB version I am not willing to wait until April/May time frame, at that point the GS4 will be rolling out and likely an even better phone. Still based on my reading over at XDA-Developers.com if you are the rooting type you can make the external memory card your primary memory storage instead of the other way around.

Plus the apps (games) that are small d/l files then d/l say 500MB-1GB of extra data, that goes to the microSDHC card anyways. Still typical US carrier BS where they never give the customer what they really want.
