I like to keep it very simple with a focus on the background wallpaper (Go Broncos! ) and only frequently used widgets and app shortcuts. That's a 4x2 Beweather widget with a clock skin called NakedAlloy from Beautiful Widgets. Only have two other screens total (deleted all others); screen to the right of home is only the browser bookmarks widget, screen to the left has a few app shortcuts across the top two rows.

Here is my setup. I am using Nova Launcher with its built in stock Jelly Bean theme. Nexus Live wallpaper and One More Clock.
