Both weather and time\battery are Beatiful Widgets with custom skins downloadable directly from the app!

First you need to download Zooper from the Play Store. From there, you add a 1x4 Zooper widget and select the type you referenced when adding to a home screen. I believe it is all the way at the bottom of the list. Also, please note that I have the paid version of Zooper - I'm not sure if it's available in the free one.
