Does anyone know how to make bluetooth in-call volume louder?

I've tried a few tweaks, and hacks that make the speaker on the phone louder, but none that make the in-call volume louder on the Bluetooth. I even see some that make the music louder, but again, not the in-call volume. Anyone have any info? Thanks!

While on a Bluetooth connected call or audio feed, adjust the volume rocker up or down as required. I max this out then use the Bluetooth device volume adjustment as required, I never found a way to adjust the Bluetooth volume any other way, no 3rd party utilities seem to cover Bluetooth that I have found. I connect to 5 different BT devices depending on what I am doing or car I am driving.

You can try clearing the Bluetooth Data in the Bluetooth Share
(Settings > Application Manager > All tab > Bluetooth Share > Clear Data)
Power cycle the phone.... it doesn't always work, but that's an issue with this phone's Bluetooth
