Just wondering why? Reason I ask I did just freeze the sdmin 1.0 and I have not got anymore reminders.

You rename the file ,for instance SDM.apk to SDM.bak

Ok was rooted using Exynos abuse.I unrooted then installed update now no root..What do i do now to re-root??

Yed this is why I have been recommending that people not update unless they v want to remain fully stock. The update is not worth losing root you can simply use the patch.
