Can anyone tell me how long the cm10.1 should take to load the first initial time i load it? its been over 20 min and still nothing???

What point of the "load" are you stuck on

If you're staring at the Galaxy Note II screen, before the bootanimation. You got major problems and need to do a battery pull and reload the recovery to either format/reinstall or flash a backup.

If you're getting stuck at the Cyanogen Mod bootanimation, and it's been 20 minutes, you're probably bootlooping and need to do the same as above.

If you're loaded up and looking at the Android interface, what do you see.
