Menu and Return buttons not vibrating

The title pretty much says it all. The screen vibrates (haptic feedback), but I get nothing from the 'menu' and 'return' buttons. Is this a setting that has someone disabled itself, or did it "break"? If it broke, I'm just going to have to get used to it, because I'm not changing it out just for that.

Are you using the stock launcher?
If you are using an aftermarket launcher, it could be a setting in the launcher its self and not in your system settings.

It's power saving mode in settings turn it off.

You are a genius. Thank you. I don't even know how it got turned on, but I remember seeing it on last night and wondered why it was on, but never did anything about it until just now. Thanks again.
