Battery drain? Maybe? Help

So ive noticed that these last few days the battery life is not as good as it use to be and the phone was warm just idling and not doing anything. Im sure that it is probably a battery drain issue and I downloaded this battery drain analyzer app and it keeps coming up with android os is using a high amount of the battery. I didnt download any new apps since so im not sure what it could be. Trying to see what you guys think and point me in the right direction id like to avoid doing a factory reset.

Well for one it looks like you have a ton of apps running in the background as your notification bar is almost full, do you really need 3 different notifications for battery?
