Can Verizon Note roam on Sprint network in areas with zero Verizon/AT&T/T-Mobile signals? The area does have 4 bars of Spring signal.

Only if Sprint and VZW have a roaming agreement in that area.

Your phone should work anywhere there are towers. You are not charged roaming ever. I am covered anywhere in the US. No issues. No need to be concerned

I have never seen the Verizon phone roam in the USA.

They roam off of US Cellular if you're in one of the areas where US Cellular has coverage. It's all 1x roaming though, and shows as being connected to "Extended Network".

There is no such thing as roaming in the US anywhere anymore.
