Gesture to turn phone on?

I'm still very new to my note 2... right now I have all gestures turned off. There isn't a gesture to wake the phone without using the on button is there?

Hi. there is no way to wake the phone up without pressing the button, as of now BB10 is the only phone to do that.

You can also use the home button. If rooted, you can use the volume keys.

Gesture wise, you can enable quick glance, then setup an app like gsam to always sit in the notification bar. Use quick glance to turn on the screen at the quick glance screen, then swipe down for the notification bar, then select gsam to go to that app. This option bypasses the lock screen.

You can turn on S voice. It has a wakeup command you can set it for anything you want to say.
