    It would probably have band 4 lte support which with the 1080 screen would be enough for me to upgrade

    I'll probably upgrade, but not because of a 1080p screen. I can't tell the difference there.
    Most people can't tell the difference unless they're holding it 8 inches from their face.

    Yes I'll be upgrading. However, I think the Note 3 will last/suit my needs for at least two years.

    I will not buy the Note 3 at all unless its in a 32 or 64GB configuration...no reason to downgrade.
