    Hi,
I have been having issues with the phone asurion sent me a few weeks ago, and they keep telling me to reset my phone, and I wanted to know, if there is any way for them to check and find out if I had actually reset it? I don't want to keep reseting my phone, because it fixes my issue for a couple of days, and then it comes back. I have tried to figure out if it is an app that is causing that, and I have not been able to figure that out so I would rather get a different phone, than them trying to troubleshoot it by FDR. Please let me know, thanks.

Nope, there's no 'reset' counter on the Note 2. I think there is a 'flash' counter if you were to root it and install a different OS, but nope, they can't tell how many times you've factory-reset your phone.
