Phone will not turn on - pic of pixel screen included

So, I turned off my Galaxy Note 2 (Verizon) and when I went to turn it on the next day, nothing. It will not respond. It will not turn on. I have tried other batteries, it is not that. I have attached a picture. This is what happens if I leave the phone plugged in overnight. If I unplug it, the screen remains like this. I can turn it off by holding down the power button for many seconds. It will not respond and turn on by pressing the power button, after I have turned off this screen.

Any idea what is wrong?

Welcome to Android Central! I'd suspect a major failure of the motherboard. Bring it to a repair shop.
