Default Samsung Keyboard Issue

I rooted with Route66. The default keyboard is the Samsung keyboard and in settings its checked and cannot be unchecked.

Is this a Route66 / root issue or can someone thats not rooted yet check to see if its the same way on non rooted phones?

Not cause you are rooted. You just cant disable it, even when other keyboards are installed.
