Galaxy S3 won't activate after CM10.1 flash

Haven't upgraded CM in a while so decided to load the 6-28-13 stable release on the way to work this morning. Backed up with Titanium, rebooted, wiped davlik, etc, and then loaded the .zip for the stable then GApps for 10.1 - everything went fine. Rebooted. Go the nice splash screen etc, get to activation screen and after about a minute said "successful needs to restart". Push the restart button and same thing - tries to activate again. Complete boot loop. Was going to just flash back to a nightly a few days old - same process, reboot, activation fails and phone pretty much never comes out of roaming.

Has to be software as the phone worked fine before I flashed. Any ideas?

SOLVED - If you can get past the activation loop (which somehow my phone did after like 10 reboots) get to settings, under wireless and networks "more", then mobile networks, go to CDMA subscription and select RUIM/SIM. Restart. Done.
