Newbie alert. I bought a fascinate two years ago. but never joined the forum. Been looking to upgrade before i lost my unlimited plan. Came close to ordering a DRM but held off.started looking at the SG3 and preordered one Sunday night after drinking a bottle of wine problem is I can't find a order confirmation email or a reciept on my verizon account. I did try the upgrade my device button and it wouldn't let me due to "having already purchased a device thaat has not been activated" no charge to my CC yet either. do they charge you when you order or when they deliver? I need to quit buying things when I've been drinking.

They charge when they deliver. Your email may have gone into your spam box. I would call Verizon and ask if they could possibly send you a new receipt or give you your pre-order number.
