Is there an official extended battery option?

There hasn't been one announced at all from Samsung. The only accessory they announced that deals with the battery is the wireless charging which will probably have a new back cover with the coil in it.

There are a few third party ones I ran across and only 2300mAh which isnt that much more then what you get with the phone. All cheap crap too. Honestly? Wait for Seidio to make a battery. Their wares are good.

I think I remember seeing a FCC doc, specification doc or some such, that said the standard battery would be the only OEM battery available, had to do with the NFC I think.
