Stock Browser constantly force closes

My friend has a GS3 and every time she tries to open anything with the stock browser, it will open but then once she tries to click on anything on that particular Web Page, it always force closes. She has cleared browser data and cashe many times and also rebooted, nothing helps. Any suggestions other than bringing it in to Verizon? Thanks everyone. BTW, my GS3 is Awesome!

Doesn't seem to be an obvious answer. I just told her to return it or try Dolphin HD which she did and is working fine
