Phone is now telling me how many emails I have.. Voice coming from speakers all of a sudden

Some how, the phone has started to audibly tell me how many voice mails I have, every time I receive a new one. At first I thought it was my blackberry but it's my s3. How do I stop this??

try turning off "driving mode" to the right in the notification bar icons.....my mom accidentally hit it on hers and drove us crazy until we figured it out

The driving mode is on try it from the settings menu if you can't get it from the pull down menu. That's whatit is period.
