Touchwiz Error when changing mode of phone (from ring to vibrate etc)

Hi all,

I have been getting the same error for some time now. Everytime i drag the task bar down and change my phone from ring to vibrate or to silent, the phone freezes 95% of the time. I shut the screen off and wait a minute or two and when it finally comes back up, i get the following message "Touchwiz has stopped responding". I can choose to either close or wait, and I always close and then the phone is fine.

Not sure what the issue is but it quite annoying to go through this on a daily basis, any thoughts?

Phone is stock btw
