Everytime I try to plug in my headphones or aux jack into my phone...the jack goes all the way into the phone but it's like the phone doesn't register that the headphone are plugged in. I can't get it to work for me at all. Anyone know what's going on?

Are you using a case? If so, the plug may look like it's going in all the way, but it really isn't. I have the same issue with a case on.

If you carry it in your pocket a lot it may have lint in it. That's happened to one of my phones before and from what I've read on various forums it's not uncommon. I used a little battery powered vacuum made for keyboards and such to suck the lint out. There may be other good ideas if you search.

Same thing happened to me. I took it to verizon store, they tested it with their headphones, it didn't work so they hooked me up with warranty replacement. Got the replacement in 2 days with a postage paid box for returning defective phone and had no issues since.
