ROM help

I am kind of new to adding ROMs to my S3 and I just wanted to know; Do I need to flash back to stock before getting a different one?

No need to go back to stock, just be sure to do a data wipe/factory wipe/cache wipe in recovery before flashing a new ROM.

Also, make sure that your bootloader is unlocked, that can be a problem if it isn't the case.
