Need help re: lock key

It appears that no one can find the solution, so I am looking to you...
when I get an incoming call on my galaxy s3--the call comes through,
a lock symbol comes on too. I have to press the lock symbol in center
of phone before I can answer the call. Does ANYONE have this same
thing? No one else that has this phone has this feature. Please help
me remove the lock key. Have tried everything. Thank you!
