Hi all. Just got myself an HTC One M7, Verizon model to replace my well worn Incredible 4G.

I;ve had the phone for 3 weeks and I love it but there is one problem that is a big deal. The clock keeps running ahead of time. I'll boot the phone up and it works just fine but if I leave it for, let's say 10 minutes, I come back and the clock has passed about 30 minutes.

Turning on airplane mode then toggling back data works to reset it but the problem comes right back.

The phone is unrooted running Lollipop. I just did a factory reset to see if it is an app issue.

    Any suggestions?

Under settings I want you to go to Date & Time, you should see this (image attached).

Yes, I know. I've manually set the time and IT STILL is moving way fast.

Try setting it to network provided, this'll mean whenever you connect to the internet your phone will automatically correct itself to the correct time for whichever timezone you live in

Thanks but so far, the only way the phone corrects itself is if I enable airplane mode then quickkly disable airplane mode... I can't tell if this is an HTC bug or if another app is causing this. I did a factory reset and it is still pushing ahead.

Example... My alarm is set for 5 AM every morning. Today, it sent off at '5 AM' which in reality was 2:30 AM... Completely unacceptable.
