How do you add groups of songs to queue

I cannot figure out how to add a group of songs to the now playing queue.

I know how to add individual songs but if I want to add all songs by an artist or more than 1 artist, how do you do that?

On the ipod you select the artist, genre, etc. and then select add to now playing.

I don't want to create a playlist because I don't want to have to change it or create a new playlist every time my mood changes.

I am just using the music app that came with the rezound. Will other music players work with the beats audio?

Long press on the artist or album. You will get another menu with the add to que your looking for.
