Audio problem through earbuds

I've had my resound for 3.5 weeks. Yesterday while listening through the earbuds there was a loud popping sound and loud static through the left earbud. I did a battery pull and rebooted, and it helped a little. But there is still a noticeable buzz in the left earbud when I press the power button, and the volume seems lower in the left than in the right.

Is this similar to the problems that several others are having? I guess ill make a trip to the Verizon store tomorrow.

Yes, I just exchanged my Rezound yesterday for the same issue, but I was in my 14 day "trial period."

It's an issue for a minority of users, but it exists
