sd card and wi-fi not recognized

I am new at "playing" with the smartphones. I was quiet knowledgeable with modifying and tweaking the old CDMA phones (ie... 2nd gen Razor, ENV3, etc...)

Here are the steps I took:
(All ROM's I tried came from Scott's)

1. Stock phone
2. Un-locked bootloader
3. Flashed Amon RA 3.15
4. Like an Idiot, I forgot to make a backup in Amon Ra of the original ROM.
5. Installed SU from Amon Ra
6. Installed SuperUser App
- I should have been happy enough at this point , but I wanted more!
7. Decided to check out an ICS Rom (CleanROM ICSE 3.7)
- Wiped \cache, \davik-cache and ALL\Factory Reset
- Flashed the ROM from Zip on SD Card
- Things where a little twitchy, the SD card would not mount at this point.
- Bootloader CAN use the sd card.
8. Decided to go back to a stock ROM (RUU_Vigor_VERIZON_WWE_1.02.605.6)
- I did lock the bootloader prior
- Still no SD Card after booting ROM, and now no Wi-Fi
- Read some posts here and there talking about MainVer not being correct causing similar issue.
- Tried flashing PH98IMG.zip with a couple different values including the value denoted in the ROM
- 2.01.605.11, 1.02.605.6 and 1.0.0.0 respectively
9 Also tried flashing (Stock Rooted ROM - Vigor - WWE 2.01.605.11)
- Still no SD Card or Wi-Fi

On a side note, I did not flash the RUU multiple times back to back. I will try this route, however, hoped to get some good information here while trying.

I have not found a definitive direction to take everything back to current stock, bearing in mind the bootloader will always show ***Re-Locked***, short of Amon Ra Restore (see step 4). Any advise here would be much appreciated.

If you were on a different ICS ROM and the Kernel didn't flash properly you'd get some amount of WONK. Go back and flash the kernel manually. See if the issue goes away.

OR

If you went back to GB then you definitely need to mind the mainver/kernel and probably need to do this:

I ran the MiscTool per the thread you sent me too, then flashed "Stock Rooted ROM - Vigor - WWE 2.01.605.11". I got my Wi-Fi back now, still no internal or external memory recognized.

This is a step forward, Thank you very much MrSmith317.

If anyone has any thought for the memory, I would appreciate the advise. Any other info that may be needed, please let me know.
