Photo album help

In my photo gallery, a new album keeps creating called my photos. It has a bunch of Internet ads/photos like angry birds, battery life stuff and even adult ads. I keep deleting the photos and album but it keeps coming back. Can someone please tell me how to permanently delete this and stop it from coming back? It has no affect on my phone but it's irritating the mess out of me. Any help will be greatly appreciated.

You more than likely have an app caching ads and the gallery is picking up on the cached pictures. Either find the directory where the pictures are stored and add a file called ".nomedia" or switch to an app like Quickpic that allows you to choose which directories to include or exclude. Your last option is to find the offending app and remove it.

+1 for Quickpic. It also has the option for hiding folders by inserting a .nomedia file, plus password protection.
