Can I still buy insurance?

I bought my phone on Black Friday. Meant to buy insurance but it totally slipped my mind and now I regret it.

I read somewhere that Verizon offered a deal on insurance for those who've had their phones for a while but never bought insurance. I think the promo expired. Does anyone know if this deal is still out there or if it will resurface at some point?

I think you can only pickup insurance through Asurion for up to 30 days after purchase. Beyond that you're on your own. There are 3rd party insurances though

After 30 days, you would have to wait until open enrollment to sign up for Asurion, which, for the past 2 years, has been in April. I only know because verizon csr pestered me about it when I called in about something else. There may be other requirements as well.
