Desk Mode Question

I have started to use my Rezound in the Desk Mode at work. One thing I noticed is that when in this mode the volume indicated in the top bar goes to the no sound indicator (musical note with the line through it). I cannnot change the level (like to virbate or sound). Is this correct or is there an issue with my phone? Thanks

Are you stock Gingerbread?

Doesn't sound normal. I haven't run GB in a while but I seem to remember having to manually adjust the volumes before I went to bed at night (I used mine as my clock).

Have you tried going to desk mode and hitting the menu button to see what options it gives?
