I am getting a Rezound replacement for my Tbolt? Will it have ICS?

I'm guessing likely yes since VZW released the ICS OTA officially already. You won't be "global" (yet).

Yup, Yup! Everyone who has gotten a Rez as a warranty replacement since about Sept 1 has been getting them with ICS already installed.

Definitely. Mine is also a replacement for the bolt. The day I received it is the same day ICS was released

It should. I just got a replacement and it had it. The replacement works better than the one I bought originally.
