how is that interesting. you could never uses those apps without rooting. and when your root they cant stop you.

Welcome to the world of Verizon Tech Support... that's a great many of the angry customers they deal with... they want something for free. That is not to say that there are many rightly upset customers for something legitimate, and they are not looking for a hand out, just their problems fixed.
