incoming calls unreliable

My replacement bolt is beginning to have problems with incoming calls. Frequently, when I answer a call, the caller cannot hear me and I cannot hear them. It's not a signal problem. I finally got fed up with it and called vzw. Another replacement is on the way. Has anyone else had this problem? I'm getting tires of exchanging this phone.!

You're not rooted/rommed I assume?

I'm on my release date bolt with Zero issues.

sometimes we forget to check the volume rocker........my brother had text me that he couldn't hear anyone. I told him to check the volume......sure enough after the update for some reason his volume had lowered. I know when I have mine on vibrate and then set it to normal sometimes it doesn't catch it and I have to make sure the volume is set.
I have never had an issue hearing anyone.

I've had this problem a few times. The caller on the other end can't hear me when i call.
They end up hanging up. After calling back, everything works as it should.
Not sure why it happens.
