It's K-9 Mail, which is odd because I've had it for some time. Perhaps a glitch in the application -- hopefully it's not doing naughty things.

Starting today my Verizon Thunderbolt had been using my 3G rapidly. I've tried numerous traffic trackers and I can't find what's consuming my 3G. I've only downloaded one application lately but it doesn't appear to be the problem (slotomania). Anyone have a suggestion as to a method to track what is using my 3G? The traffic icon is lit up constantly but my data usage isn't moving. I downloaded Avast to firewall the 3G network and that worked nicely except the problem still remains and I can't have this killing my battery and doing who knows what else.
My phone is rooted and I have a stripped stock ROM, latest version as far as I know.
